Are the practitioners licensed and qualified in their respective fields?Yes, all doctors on our panel are certified by PMDC and are categorized as general physicians and for all other categories we have licensed practitioners on board.

What are the payment options?You can use checking, savings, debit or credit cards, online wallets, and other digital payment methods to pay for your appointments.

Is there any service fee that applies to online payments?No, there is no additional service fee charged apart from the stated amount of a service.

Do I have to make an appointment prior to a consultation?Swipe through the options in the application portal to find a registered doctor for your need. Once you know who you want to consult, set an appointment with them. Against every Doctor listed in the application, you get an option to Book an Appointment and receive a consultation. When you choose this option, you choose to schedule a video/audio/chat session with the doctor.
